Watch video as settlement is reached in the "puppy mill" civil injunction against Thornton Kennels owner Virginia Thornton. Thornton agreed to turn over her 283 dogs, some kept in cages for years, to county authorities. The U.S. Humane Society's state branch will divide the dogs amongst communities for adoption statewide, officials said. Just click the video to watch.
