Lunches are needed at a worksite for Habitat for Humanity of Goldsboro Wayne County.
Habitat is looking for organizations or individuals to feed volunteers at the site on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. A meal calendar is being planned for January through March.
Habitat officials say they are averaging 10 volunteers on site on Tuesday and Thursday. And on Saturdays, they have about 20 volunteers at the site.
"Having lunch provided not only saves Habitat money, it allows these volunteers to eat at the site and not lose valuable work time," said Development Director Lee Gray.
People also can make a donation of $50 to sponsor a lunch. Habitat will take that money, buy a lunch and deliver it to the site, Mrs. Gray said.
Organizations interested in providing lunch can contact the Habitat office at 736-9592 or visit the website at www.habitatgoldsboro.org.
