*Everett Glenn of East Ash Street reported Tuesday that three 25-foot sections of copper gutter downspouts worth $450 total were stolen from Daniels Memorial United Methodist Church, police said.
*Brian Whitt of Mechanicsville told police that some broke out a window on his vehicle while parked at a hotel in the 2300 block of Norwood Avenue, police said. A Global Positioning Satellite unit valued at $800 was reported stolen, police said.

Goldsboro police seek a man who twice walked out of the Wayne Memorial Drive Walgreen's with stolen cigarette cartons, Law Enforcement Coordinator Dot Ardes said. The two robberies happened on Nov. 27 and Dec. 3. People with information are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 735-2255, or police at 580-4217.
