Mel Powers of the Wayne County Office of Emergency Services and Wayne County Sheriff’s Office Detective Robert Golimowski investigate the scene of a double-wide mobile home fire that happened shortly after 2 a.m. today on Stevens Mill Road. The home is located about 12 miles west of Goldsboro. Firefighters from the Grantham, Jordan Chapel and Bentonville volunteer departments responded. Officials said the fire is being treated as a possible arson.
