GTP adds transportation director

KINSTON -- A former senior U.S. Navy officer with an aviation background has been appointed to the post of transportation director at the N. C. Global TransPark, a new position at the GTP.
Randy Robb will take major responsibility for directing, managing, supervising and coordinating the activities and services of all aspects of transportation requirements for the N.C. Global TransPark Authority, including highways, rail, and aviation.
Robb's most recent experience includes service as port director of the Grand Turk Cruise Center in Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos, BWI; airport and harbor director in Freeport, Grand Bahama, Bahamas; and working for the Grand Bahamas Shipyard in Grand Bahamas.
