'Whimsical Whirligigs' at the Arts Council of Wayne County

Twenty-five of Simpson’s works and paintings by local children went on display Thursday at the Arts Council of Wayne County, 2406 E. Ash St. The display, called “Whimsical Whirligigs,” can be seen from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, until Sept. 28.
