Christopher Scott Phelps told Goldsboro police that while he was leaving the El Escorpion night club on Corporate Drive Saturday night, a man fired shots from a white car. As Phelps ducked out of the way, one of the bullets ricocheted off a brick wall and grazed his finger, according to the report.
