Holiday is full of hearts and flowers

Brogden Primary School first-grader Lindsey Whitman picked assistant principal Linda Rouse to be her valentine. All across Wayne County today, florists were busy with bouquets, balloons and well-wishes as loved ones of all sorts honored the holiday.
