They have fish to fry

Jeff Harris pours some of the many gallons of peanut oil that will be used to fry 4,000 pounds of Whiting at the Herman Park Center today. Harris has been manning the fryers at the Wayne County Shriners fish fry since 1993 and said he keeps it simple. "When they float, they're done," he said.
