Tutors are needed for adults in the literacy program at Wayne Community College.
Orientation and training sessions will be held next month for volunteers to work with adults in literacy and life skills.
Completion of all four sessions certifies volunteers as Partnership Approach to Literacy tutors. The sessions will take place on Sept. 12, 13, 19 and 20 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. in room 224 of the Walnut Building on the Wayne Community College campus.
Contact Ann Tyner at 735-5151, ext. 717 or [email protected] to register for the training or learn more about the program.
