*Joshua Hopkins, 22, Washington Court, misdemeanor larceny, not guilty.
*Chad Lee Daughtry, 33, Fields, Road, Pikeville, misdemeanor assault on a female, not guilty.
*Ronnie Lee Hall, 37, Wilson, breaking and entering, nine to 11 months; larceny, nine to 11 months; possession of stolen goods, nine to 11 months.
*Antonio Fitzgerald Howell, 30, Rosewood Avenue, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, 11 to 14 months.
*Ronita Elis Howard, 19, Bolling Drive, breaking and entering, six to eight months suspended, 24 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), 50 hours community service, $400 restitution, lawyer's fee to be determined and costs.
*Jessica Raye Barker, 31, Bennett Farm Lane, misdemeanor common-law forgery (three counts), 45 days suspended, 12 months supervised and 12 months unsupervised probation, $355.15 restitution, $357 lawyer's fee and costs.
*Marion E. Armwood, 36, South Virginia Street, driving while license revoked, 120 days suspended, 24 months supervised probation, $100 fine and costs.
