Electronics Recycling Day Thursday at Sam's Club

Wayne County residents are encouraged to get rid of their old electronic equipment Thursday when Keep Wayne County Beautiful sponsors its annual Electronics Recycling Day in the Sam's Club parking lot.
Items will be accepted for recycling from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Only electronics will be accepted, no appliances. Among the items that will be accepted are PCs, printers, keyboards, scanners, mouses, monitors, circuit boards, hard drives, telephones, cell phones, answering machines, pagers, typewriters, cameras, TVs, VCRs and camcorders.
Inkjet and laser cartridges for printers should be removed and also brought in for recycling.
