Store robbed
A music store was robbed Tuesday night of about $200 by a masked, armed man, according to a Goldsboro police report.
A clerk at Sounds at 724 E. Ash St. told officers that a masked man entered the store at about 7:40 p.m., pointed a handgun at him and demanded money. The clerk handed over the money, and the suspect fled south.
The robber was described as being black and about 20 years old.
Anyone with information on the holdup was asked to police Investigator Chad Calloway at 580-4216 or Goldsboro-Wayne County Crime Stoppers at 735-2255. Callers may remain anonymous, and they may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000, if their information leads to an arrest.
Driver hurt
One person was injured and damages were estimated at $13,000 in two recent traffic collisions in Wayne County, the Highway Patrol reported.
*A driver was injured and damages were estimated at $6,500 in a two-truck collision at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Arrington Bridge and Indian Springs roads, the Highway Patrol said. Glenn Herring, 53, of Indian Springs Road, Seven Springs, was treated and released from Wayne Memorial Hospital, a spokeswoman said. The other driver, Jose Angel Arguello Camacho, 26, of Central Heights Road, was charged with a stop-sign violation. The report said Camacho's southbound pickup had collided with Herring's eastbound pickup.
*Damages were estimated at $6,500 in a two-vehicle crash at 5:15 p.m. Thursday at U.S. 70 and Riverbend Road, the Highway Patrol said. A southbound driver, Lisa A. Cordell, 48, of Debbie Drive, was charged with a yield violation at a stop sign. The report said Ms. Cordell's sport utility vehicle had collided with a ccar driven by Birch Casey Barnes, 33, of Raleigh.

Wayne County law-enforcement officers are investigating these reports:
*An antique, single-shot .12 gauge shotgun was stolen Tuesday after two doors were damaged at a home in the 900 block of North Center Street, Goldsboro police said. The resident, Bradley Crabtree, put a $200 value of the shotgun and set damages at $300. Crabtree said he saw two men running from his home. One man wore a black jacket with an orange liner and a fur trim, black jeans and shoes.
*Jewelry and a .38 caliber, snub-nosed revolver were stolen Tuesday from a home in the 400 block of Kelly Springs Road, sheriff's deputies said. The resident, L.R. Casper, estimated the value of the jewelry at $3,680 and the firearm at $200. The jewelry included a diamond ring, another ring, six bracelets, a necklace and earrings. The thief may have pried open a door to get inside, the report said.
*A 27-inch television and a combination 13-inch television and DVD player were stolen between Monday and Tuesday after a door was damaged at a home in the 100 block of Thrasher Circle, deputies said. The resident, Perry J. Butler, estimated the value of the stolen property at $400 and damage at $25.
