StageStruck auditions scheduled

An audition will be held for the Missoula Children's Theatre production of "The Frog Prince" on Monday at Goldsboro High School Auditorium from 4:30 until 6:30 p.m.
Those auditioning should arrive at 4:15 and plan to stay for the full two hours. The cast members selected to perform will be required to begin rehearsal that night. After a supper break, those selected will go to Dillard Middle School, 1101 Devereaux St.
Monday night's rehearsal, all other rehearsals and the performance will be held at Dillard.
Among the roles to be cast are three sisters who are princesses, two students to play the lonely Frog, Ollie the Aspen Tree, bumbling Knights, kindly Swamp Things, Bert the Alligator, fancy Flamingos, helpful Ducks and the nasty Venus Fly Traps.
Auditions are open to students in grades kindergarten through 12. No advance preparation is necessary.
Assistant directors will also be selected and will assist with the technical aspects of the production.
Missoula Children's Theatre touring productions are complete with costumes, scenery, props and makeup. The tour actors/directors will conduct rehearsals throughout the week from about 3:30 until 8 p.m. each day.
"The Frog Prince" will be presented to the public on Saturday, Oct. 15, at 7 p.m. at Dillard Middle School.
The Missoula Children's Theatre residency is being sponsored by Stagestruck: The Young People's Own Theatre.
