School open house dates announced

Open House for most middle schools and high schools in the Wayne County Public Schools system will be on Monday, Aug. 22, from 5 to 7 p.m, but one high school will host its open house this week.
Charles B. Aycock High School will have its Freshman Academy open house for ninth graders on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m.
Eastern Wayne High School will hold an open house for ninth graders on Aug. 22 from 4 to 7 p.m. and for grades 10 to 12 from 5 to 7 p.m. Spring Creek High School will have an open house for incoming sixth grade students only on Thursday from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
All other grades attend open house on Aug. 22 from 5 to 7 p.m.
Goldsboro High School will hold its open house on Aug. 22 from 7 to 8:45 p.m. with a general session in the auditorium from 7 to 7:30 p.m.
Elementary schools and Edgewood Community Developmental School will hold open houses on Tuesday, Aug. 23, from 5 to 7 p.m. All grades K through 8 at Grantham will attend open house on Aug. 23 from 5 to 7 p.m.
