Mount Olive Chamber names Castle director

MOUNT OLIVE -- The Mount Olive Area Chamber of Commerce announced today the appointment of Kelley Castle as chamber president. She replaces Patti O'Donoghue, who is retiring.
Ms. Castle comes to the chamber from Smith Advertising in Fayetteville. She has extensive experience in marketing major business clients such as RJR, Winston Cup Racing, Asheville, Brunswick Islands and Pinehurst. Her work has included the production of websites, TV spots, radio and print materials.
Her experience includes grant writing fornon-profit groups and charities.
She served on the clean sweep committee in Fayetteville and currently serves on the board of directors for the Mar-Mac Community Ballpark.
"We're excited that Ms. Castle is joining the chamber team," said Kim Bowers, chairman of the chamber's board of directors. "She will be a strong and valuable leader as we move forward."
Ms. Castle lives in the Grantham area with her two children.
