*Jonathan Frank James, 37, Fields Road, Pikeville, felony assault inflicting serious injury, felony habitual misdemeanor assault (two counts), misdemeanor assault on a female (two counts) and misdemeanor assault inflicting serious injury, not guilty.
*Milford Keith Bass, 47, South John Street, misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon, 150 days active and $1,032.46 restitution.
*Marcus Lamont Barbour, 23, Evergreen Avenue, possession of a stolen firearm and carrying a concealed weapon, two days active, eight to 10 months suspended, 24 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), 50 hours community service, $325 lawyer's fee and costs.
*Felicia Stafford, 32, Summerlin's Crossroads Road, Mount Olive, embezzlement (three counts), six to eight months suspended, 36 months probation, 72 hours community service, $1,170 lawyer's fee, $67.66 restitution and costs; embezzlement (four counts), six to eight months suspended and 36 months probation; embezzlement (seven counts), six to eight months suspended and 36 months probation.
*Shannon Anthony Fogle, 25, Dollard Town Road, misdemeanor possession of stolen goods, 45 days suspended, 24 months probation, $195 lawyer's fee, $1,400 restitution and costs.
*Lisa Ann Hogan, 23, Vandenberg Street, fornication and adultery, 30 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $390 lawyer's fee and costs.

District Court
These cases have been heard in Mount Olive District Court:
*Vernell Martin, 51, East Kornegay Street, Mount Olive, driving while impaired, dismissed; reckless driving, 45 days suspended, 12 months probation, $100 fine and costs.
*Julius Macon Monk, 54, Valley Trail Lane, Warsaw, fraudulent disposal of mortgaged property, 45 days suspended, 24 months probation, $2,173 restitution and costs.
*Kathy Bowden, 31, Tram Road, Mount Olive, worthless check, 45 days suspended, 12 months probation, $230 restitution, $25 fine and costs.
*Mark A. Harrell, Clinton, worthless check (five counts), 45 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $680 restitution and costs.
