Summerfest will be held at Waynesborough Historical Village this weekend.
The annual event is "a chance for young and old to go back to the 1800s and enjoy the simple pleasures of the good old days," said Colleen Baker, administrator of the village.
Summerfest will take place on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Both days will include a Civil War living history, quilt display and raffle, rabbit rodeo, vendors, line and square dancing, old timey games, hourly cannon fire and a "raid on the village."
Activities on Sunday include an 1800s-style church service. After church, visitors are invited to bring musical instruments for a "village jam."
The general store will be open for souvenirs and gifts. Rabbit rodeo cost is $10.
Charles "Andy" Anderson will be the village's blacksmith.
