*Matthew R. Mansfield, 18, Tilghman Drive, attempted armed robbery, 46 to 65 months.
*James Dean Elswick, 35, North George Street, second-degree burglary, breaking and entering and fleeing to elude arrest, 16 to 20 months.
*Derrick Raymont Best, 23, Mimosa Street, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, 15 to 18 months; possession of cocaine, six to eight months suspended, 12 months supervised probation and costs; possession of cocaine, six to eight months suspended, 12 months supervised probation and costs.
*Kevin Devon Hines, 33, East Walnut Street, fleeing to elude arrest, 15 to 18 months.
*Joseph T. Mulkerin, 45, Potts Road, Dudley, uttering (two counts), four to five months; uttering (two counts), four to five months.
*Luciana Marcias DeLuna, 29, Goldsboro, larceny, six to eight months.
*Jennifer Elswick, 30, North George Street, larceny, six to eight months.
*Caleb Cornelius Green, 25, Durham, misdemeanor assault inflicting serious injury, 75 days.
*Jeffrey Gerald, 38, Lincoln Drive, assault on a female, 75 days.
*Tracey D. Tribbey, 40, Rhodes Drive, Dudley, forgery (two counts), 68 days active, five to six months suspended, 12 months supervised probation, 50 hours community service, $1,700 restitution, $500 fine and costs; forgery, five to six months suspended, 12 months supervised probation and 50 hours community service.
*Maryland Jamal Sutton, 18, Forestview Drive, Dudley, possession of stolen goods, 58 days active, four to five months suspended, 18 months supervised probation, 50 hours community service, $250 fine and costs.
*Anthony Vincent Taylor Jr., 18, East Nelson Street, Mount Olive, misdemeanor breaking and-or entering, 17 days active, 30 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, 50 hours community service, $700 restitution, $250 fine and costs.
*Jerome Demond Wright, 22, Evergreen Avenue, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, 14 days active, five to six months suspended, 18 months supervised probation, 50 hours community service and costs.
*Matthew Owen Shaffer, 19, North James Street, Princeton, possession of stolen goods, 12 days active, eight to 10 months suspended, 24 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), $500 fine and costs.
*Elpidio Aguilar, 33, Broughton Lane, LaGrange, misdemeanor possession of stolen goods, one day active, 30 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, $350 restitution and costs.
*Broderick Jermaine Randall, 19, South Leslie Street, forgery (two counts), four to five months suspended, 24 months supervised probation, 75 hours community service, $1,778 restitution, $500 fine and costs.
*Christopher Burnice Lane, 22, Grantham School Road, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, 30 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, 40 hours community service, $200 fine and costs.
*Donald Alex Strickland, 40, East Third Street, Calypso, driving while license revoked, 45 days suspended, 18 months supervised probation, 75 hours community service, $500 fine and costs.
*Melvin Johnson Jr., 24, Stanley Chapel Church Road, Dudley, misdemeanor maintaining a vehicle for the purpose of keeping or selling cocaine, 45 days suspended, 18 months supervised probation, 50 hours community service, $350 fine and costs.
*Ervin Lee Gurganus Jr., 25, Old Grantham Road, failure to notify DMV of address change, 30 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, $200 fine and costs.
*Marvin DeVaughn Spells, 52, South Goldsboro Street, Fremont, misdemeanor larceny, 45 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, $500 fine and costs.
