Three suspects sought in Sampson shootings

The Sampson County Sheriff's Office is looking for three people for attempted murder.
Investigators said two people were shot shortly before 8 a.m. Sunday on Carry Bridge Road near Roseboro.
Johnny Dell Carey, 41, is in critical condition at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill. Jeffrey Dean Yarborough, 32, was also shot.

Two men and a woman are being sought in connection with the shootings. The three suspects are James Robert Bain, John Vincent Oboyle and Susan Marie Hall.
Lawmen said they believe the three are in the Sampson-Cumberland county area although they also are known to frequent the coast. Anyone with knowledge of their whereabouts is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency or the Sampson Sheriff's Office at 910-592-4141.
