*Peter Marshall Taylor, 48, Covington, Ga., larceny and communicating threats, 45 days.
*Chrystal Melvin Adams, 44, Stanley Chapel Church Road, Dudley, driving while impaired, 60 days suspended, 18 months supervised probation, 24 hours community service, $195 lawyer's fee, $100 fine and costs.
*John Christopher Ellis, 20, West Park Avenue, Mount Olive, possession of marijuana, 10 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $35 fine and costs.
*Julio Gonzalez, 42, Will Anderson Lane, Dudley, no operator's license and unlawfully passing emergency vehicle, 30 days suspended, six months unsupervised probation, $75 fine and costs.
*Bernabe Cabrera Lopez, 25, Peartree Road, Mount Olive, no operator's license, 30 days suspended, six months unsupervised probation, $50 fine and costs.
*Juan Martin Pena Mendez, 24, Raleigh, no operator's license, 30 days suspended, six months unsupervised probation, $50 fine and costs.
*Joseph Oates, 30, Cleveland Drive, Mount Olive, driving while impaired, six months suspended, 18 months supervised probation, 72 hours community service, $175 fine and costs.
*Jon Justin Staatz, 21, Woodstock, Md., driving while impaired, 60 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours community service, $100 fine and costs.
*Connel Usher, 44, County Road, Mount Olive, no operator's license, 45 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, $162.50 lawyer's fee, $50 fine and costs.
*Nester Velasquez-Bartolon, 38, Garner Street, Seven Springs, driving while impaired, 60 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours community service, $100 fine and costs.
*Cristol N. Miller, 23, Perry Miller Road, Kenansville, worthless check (three counts), 45 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, $640.42 restitution and costs.
*Robert Elester Williams, 50, Kinston, worthless check (four counts), 45 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, $467.73 restitution and costs.
