Ten students to compete in annual Jabberwock Beautillion

The Goldsboro Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. will present its 16th Annual Jabberwock Beautillion Pageant on Saturday.
The pageant will begin at 6:30 p.m. at Goldsboro High School Auditorium.
Admission is free.
The theme of this year's event is "Enchanting Moments."
The soroity hands out more than $50,000 in scholarships every two years to pageant participants, according to Marian Blount, one of the directors of the pageant.
Ten contestants will compete in the pageant.
They are:
Ara Terese Delcour, daughter of Ms. Rhonda Coley Delcour and Haywood Delcour. She is a student at Spring Creek High School.
Corry Durham, son of Terry and Beverly Nadine Durham. He is a student at Goldsboro High School.
Quamaria Greene, son of Richard aand Adrienne Greene. He is a student at Eastern Wayne High School.
Rashad Hinnant, son of Millard and Evangeline Hinnant. He is a student at Goldsboro High School.
Rejess Franchon Marshall, daughter of Michael and Vicki Royal and Patrick Marshall. She is a student at Smithfield-Selma High School.
Destiny Carmila Meads, daughter of Master Sergeant David and Benita Meads. She is a student at Charles B. Aycock High School.
SoCorro Miles, daughter of Mrs. Almetrica Tann and the late Johnny Tann. She is a student at Southern Wayne High School.
Brittney Allyce Robbins, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Russell and Nona Robbins. She is a student at Goldsboro High School.
M. Tyrone Simmons, son of Reginald and Millicent Simmons. He is a student at Charles B. Aycock High School.
Aquina Alverta Waters, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Russell and Imogene Waters. She is a student at Goldsboro High School.
