Charges
These people were charged by Goldsboro police:
*Antonio Montrell Moore, 20, of North Pineview Avenue, assault on a female and assault on a law officer, resisting arrest, failure to appear, injury to real property, trespass, no bond.
*Henry Calvin Jones, 24, Beal Street, possession with intent to sell marijuana and resisting arrest, $50,000 bond.
*Thomas Earl Parker, 40, of Dakota Avenue, obtaining property by false pretense, larceny and possession of stolen goods, $15,000 bond.
*Theresa Benton, 27, failure to appear, $2,000 bond.
*Domonic Devorus Usher, 23, of Ball Street, failure to work after paid, $500 bond.
*Henry Calvin Jones, 24, of Olivia Lane, assault on a female, $500 bond.
*Sandra Rhone, 28, of Third Street, expired tags and inspection, $500 bond.
*Anita Bell, 37, injury to real property. No bond until sober.
These people were charged by the Wayne County Sheriff's Department:
*Billy Ray Thompson, 44, of Hack Drive, Dudley, fictitious registration, altered registration, driving while license revoked, speeding, careless and reckless driving, felony conversion, no insurance and failure to heed a light and siren, $5,000 bond.
*Alec Christopher Grant, 21, Sand Hill Drive, injury to real property, breaking and entering and assault on a female, $1,000 bond.
*Melvin Joseph Plummer, of Oak Street, failure to stop for a red light and driving while license revoked, $500 bond.
Drug charges
The Goldsboro Wayne County Drug Squad arrested a man and woman after searching an apartment on West Oak Street.
Elizabeth Leigh Grantham, 19, was charged with possession with intent to sell marijuana and maintaining a dwelling for the sale of marijuana, $3,000 bond.
Tony Elgin Smith, 21, of Old Mount Olive Highway, Dudley, was charged with possession with intent to sell marijuana, manufacturing marijuana and felony maintaining a dwelling. His bond was set at $8,000.
Investigations
The Goldsboro Police Department is investigating these reports:
*Dewey Lee Powell Jr. of North Berkeley Boulevard said someone he knows withdrew $1,600 from automatic teller machines using his credit card before he could report it missing.
The Wayne County Sheriff's Office is investigating these reports:
*A fire in an unoccupied mobile home on Dog Pond Road, Seven Springs, was called suspicious by investigators. The Seven Springs and Pricetown firefighters responded to the call at 2:14 a.m. today.
*Grantham school officials said some drew graffiti on a wall at the schoo, sometime after Feb. 24.
*Heather Nicole Woodard of Gurley Dairy Road, Pikeville, reported vandalism to her home, including $600 worth of damage to a storm door and windows and an outside door and another $270 to a vehicle.
Cow's fate

The state trooper who filed the report on a Sunday morning accident on O'Berry Road didn't say whether a cow involved was hurt or killed when it was struck by a car driven by Sonya Renee Cavenaugh Neither Ms. Cavenaugh, who lives on Arrington Bridge Road in Dudley, nor her two passengers, were hurt. Damage to the car was estimated at $800.
