Several break-ins reported
The Wayne County Sheriff's Office is investigating a rash of break-ins that were reported Friday.
Juanita Fay Phillips told deputies that a 19-inch television, VCR and six "Blue's Clues" tapes were taken from her home in the 1100 block of Parkstown Road.
Someone kicked in a door at the home of Donna Faye Sullivan in the 700 block of Genoa Road and made off with 60 CDs.
Kathy Williams reported the theft of a PlayStation and a NFL game from her home on Running Deer Circle.
And someone cut locks and pried open a door at Dairy Hog Farm on Old Jason Road, LaGrange. Equipment, including 14 light bulbs and 18 cans of paint, were stolen.
Two other thefts were reported to deputies Friday.
A Honda four-wheeler was taken from Thomas Ray Sauls' home in the 500 block of Davis Street Extension, Fremont. The vehicle was valued at $3,500.
And a Craftsman, 42-inch-deck lawnmower was missing from Karen Lee Dillow's home on Old Black Creek Road.
